Common-sense guidelines for site and content usage.

Here are some suggestions to start us off.

• Anyone in the cohort can submit or post
• All images are copyrighted and property of their respective owners
• Nothing with Capstone Project content, or photos of any sponsors should be posted without permission from Erica and sponsor(s) – per Kate

Administrative Ideas

• Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you want a particular photo of you removed for any reason
• Ask photo creators directly if you want high-res copies of individual photos
• Everyone in the cohort can get access to this site to post comments and content going forward
• People are available to help those who are not familiar with WordPress and can either get you up to speed or post on your behalf

Progress Notes

• We will start with WordPress category and tag usage standards, gather feedback, and modify in 2015 when we get our lives back 🙂
• Let’s discuss opening this site up to other years as well once we get a handle on it – maybe designate one or more admin(s) per year to work as a team?
• Uploads and Quotes are still in the process of being added, but feel free to post a comment if you want to check if I have certain things in the queue
• There is a general search bar at the bottom of every page, but assets are only tagged on a gallery-level so far, not yet at the image level
